Today, Let's make yellow and chocolate!

Today's cupcake idea is a yellow cake with chocolate filling in the middle. They will be inspired by Easter. I have Easter cupcake holders and boxes and decorations for it.
The recipe for the yellow cake mix is:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 cup non-fat dry milk
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder
How easy is that!!
Next the recipe for the chocolate filling that I will be using is:
Ingredients:
2 3/4 cups confectioners' sugar
6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
6 tablespoons butter
5 tablespoons evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
In a medium bowl, sift together the confectioners' sugar and cocoa, and set aside. In a large bowl, cream butter until smooth, then gradually beat in sugar mixture alternately with evaporated milk. Blend in vanilla. Beat until light and fluffy. If necessary, adjust consistency with more milk or sugar.
Than to fill the cupcakes all you need is a piping bag if you do not have a piping bag you can use a regular sandwich bag and fill the bag with the filling and than cut a tiny hole in the corner or you can cut a little hole out of the top and just scoop the filling in. For filling a cupcake you can use a cone method. Which just requires a small pairing knife and you cut out a cone of the middle of the cupcake, make sure your cut is nice. Than you add your filling to the cupcakes and replace the part you just cut out. Frosting will cover anything that is unattractive.
